When returning items to The Dog Whisperer, please expect a slight delay if using USPS standard mailing. We also recommend sending an email to our response team at info@dogwhispererdvd.com to notify us that you have returned an order. This will will ensure that your mailing is properly received and handled as promptly as possible.
