Shipping Information
Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. U.S. customers should allow up to 10 business days to receive orders. International customers should allow up to 3 weeks. If you do not receive your order in a timely manner, please email us at info@dogwhispererdvd.com.

If paying by check or money order, print a copy of your order page and send with your check or money order to:

Money-Back Guarantee and Return Policy

We will accept returns on any item purchased directly from our Shopping Cart, The Dog Whisperer*, for any reason, as long as the following conditions are met:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by original packaging material. We will not accept returns after 30 days of purchase.
  Returned items must be returned clean or we may refuse to issue credit.
  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless we shipped a damaged or incorrect item.
   
• Ship the items you are returning to the address listed above.

* Excludes Recommended Items purchased off-site, such as Amazon.com

Canceling An Order
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, however it may be returned. Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return an item or order.

Address Corrections
When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package.

International Orders
If this site does not automatically compute your shipping costs, please E-mail us with the details of your order and your address: info@dogwhispererdvd.com. We will respond with the cost of shipping. The customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation. Duties and taxes not paid when you receive your order will be billed back to you using the credit card on which your original order was charged. By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.
